August 9, 2023 <br />Barry Martin <br />Heartland Construction <br />Re: Four Corners Apartments - Final Report <br />Building E <br />Dear Barry, <br />DCG/Watershed (DCGW) performed construction support for the above project during the entire course of <br />construction. The construction support consisted of reviewing shop drawings and submittals, responding to field <br />questions both over the phone and through RFI's, reviewing special inspection reports and performing on -site <br />Structural Observations. <br />Structural Observations were performed over the course of construction prior to each elevated slab pour and at <br />the completion of framing.
