EVERETT I CODE ENFORCEMENT UNIT <br /> WASHINGTON September 30, 2020 Case#CE20-0722 <br /> NOTICE TO COMPLY#2 <br /> Property Owners: <br /> Stacy and Aaron Gay <br /> 3904 Federal Avenue SE <br /> Everett WA 98201-4843 <br /> Dear Property Owners, <br /> As a result of a complaint,a recent property permit records inspection was <br /> conducted of the property located at 3904 Federal Avenue SE, Everett WA <br /> 98201. <br /> The property permit records inspection conditions revealed the following: <br /> The property house structure basement possesses unpermitted,alteration <br /> repairs: <br /> The property house structure basement exhibited portions of the building <br /> basement were altered without permits consisting of a kitchen installation, <br /> bath plumbing repairs,electrical light fixture ceiling installations with interior <br /> walls containing electrical outlets and the use of two (2) separate bedrooms, <br /> each possessing a bed, with no egress window height of 44" or less, without <br /> City of Everett Public Works Department permits. <br /> A search for the property of City of Everett, Permit Services, Project,Public <br /> Works Department,and Building Department reveals: <br /> A City of Everett Records Permit Services search for City of Everett Public Works <br /> Department Permits or City of Everett Building Department Permits revealed <br /> there is no City of Everett, Public Works Department or Building Department <br /> Permits applied from the property owners or the property owner's hired <br /> contractors or issued to hired contractors of the property owners or property <br /> owner for the property house structure basement unpermitted alterations. <br /> i <br /> Your assistance and cooperation are being requested to correct the property <br /> conditions. <br /> The property house structure basement exhibiting portions of the building <br /> basement were altered without permits renders the property house structure <br /> Q3002 Wetmore Ave. unlawful, as defined by the International Property Maintenance Code(IPMC) <br /> Everett,WA 98201 <br /> 108.1.4 in violation of IPMC 106.1 and the International Residential Code(IRC) <br /> 425.257.8560 R105.1,and R310.2.2,which read: <br /> 425.257.8569 fax <br /> codeenforcement@everettwa.gov <br /> everettwa.gov/police <br />
