Multiple <br />comments have not been completely addressed and require additional action before a permit can <br />be issued. Structural comments have also been included based on a review of the revised <br />construction drawings. The comments are itemized for consistency with the original review letter. <br />These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by <br />other departments including Public Works, Planning, and Fire. <br />Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), <br />2015 International Residential Code (IRC), 2015 International Building Code (IBC), and the <br />residential provisions of the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the <br />building codes by the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) are identified. Citations provided in <br />the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. <br />The resubmittal documents included a response letter that did not provide clear responses to the <br />review comments. A letter should be provided as requested per Item (a) below to clearly indicate <br />how each comment has been addressed. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br />submitted to Permit Services for review: <br />a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br />b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br />c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations. <br />Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br />for compliance with the building codes.
