Snohomish County South Whidbey Basin Watersheds P2 <br />Contract # 24-26673 <br />Attachment C: Statement of Work Page 5 of 14 <br />High-resolution before and during implementation photos of the project. <br />Appropriate monitoring information for the reporting period. <br />Other elements as requested by WDFW and/or NOAA. <br />2.Final Report: The final report summarizes activities conducted during the entire <br />award. Grantee must submit final reports to WDFW no later than 60 days after the <br />period of performance end date. <br />The Final Report shall include: <br />High resolution before and post-implementation photos of the project. <br />Copies of final outreach products, press materials, photos, videos, etc. <br />A description of the work completed, and outcomes achieved. <br />Other elements as requested by WDFW and/or NOAA. <br />3.Quarterly Check Ins: WDFW and Grantee will meet at quarterly intervals to <br />discuss progress, address any challenges, and share updates. <br />Monitoring <br />To evaluate project implementation quality and effectiveness, and learn from your <br />restoration project(s), Grantee will execute appropriate project monitoring with guidance <br />from WDFW and NOAA. As your project proceeds, NOAA's substantial involvement will <br />include further coordination to execute implementation and basic effectiveness <br />monitoring, and potentially more detailed effectiveness monitoring, if applicable. Grantee <br />will collaborate with WDFW and NOAA to identify monitoring elements such as <br />parameters, methods, sampling duration and frequency, and post implementation <br />targets. WDFW and NOAA’s involvement will also include ongoing coordination on data <br />management, analyses, and dissemination of results. Grantee will develop a data <br />/information sharing plan, and submit appropriate monitoring information with progress <br />reports, as well as at other appropriate times. <br />4b. Task 2: Communication, Education, Outreach, and Engagement <br />Project <br />Work performed for the Communication, Education, Outreach, and Engagement project <br />under this Grant Agreement will include Snohomish County staff communication and <br />outreach efforts. The communication, education, outreach, and engagement work under this <br />task includes, but is not limited to, project websites, fact sheets, newsletters, outreach events, <br />coordination, and collaboration meetings. <br />This task will help ensure a high level of coordination, collaboration, and transparency <br />amongst partners and the engagement of the greater community as projects are being <br />developed and implemented. <br />Engaging diverse fish, farm, and flood interests through these collaborative structures has <br />enabled the partners to attract a variety of funding sources and enabled the advancement of <br />multi-benefit projects in both watersheds.
