Tasks & Deliverables <br />Grantee will manage all project components, including but not limited to subcontract(s), invoice <br />submission, budget, and deliverable completion and submission. <br />The following are tasks, deliverables, and target completion dates associated with this contract: <br />4a. Task 1: Project Administration <br />Budget and Invoicing <br />1. Grantee will submit invoices at least quarterly, but no more frequently than monthly. <br />2.Reimbursement: WDFW will reimburse Grantee for its actual direct and indirect <br />costs up to the maximum value of this agreement as described in Attachment D. <br />3. Grantee may shift up to 10 percent of the contract value between budget line items <br />for direct costs by project as identified in Attachment D without amending this <br />contract. <br />4.Indirect Costs: Grantee may charge for indirect costs in accordance with its current <br />federally approved Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (NICRA). If Grantee <br />does not have a current NICRA, Grantee may elect to charge a de minimis rate of 10 <br />percent of direct costs. Grantee must provide the WDFW Award Manager with a copy <br />of its NICRA annually; if Grantee contracts funds to other organizations, Grantee must <br />retain a copy of those organizations’ NICRA if those organizations charge an indirect <br />rate in excess of 10 percent of direct cost. <br />Reporting <br />Grantee will complete and submit reports to the WDFW Award Manager in accordance <br />with the schedule and guidelines below. <br />1.Performance Reports: Performance reports are due on a semi-annual basis no <br />later than 21 days following the end of each six (6) month period from the start date <br />of the original award. See the Due Date Table below for exact dates. <br />Performance Reports shall include: <br />A description of: <br />o Work completed during the reporting period. <br />o Status updates for ongoing project tasks. <br />o Challenges affecting project deadlines, scope of work, and/or costs. <br />o Success measures completed during reporting period. <br />Copies of outreach products, press materials, photos, videos, etc. <br />Due Date Table <br />Reporting Period Due Date <br />April 1st through September 30th October 21st <br />October 1st through March 31st April 21st
