Findings 6, 10, 11, 18, and 36. <br />DECISION <br />Based on the foregoing findings and conclusions, the request to develop four existing vacant <br />parcels of approximately 1.45 acres into 25 unit lot townhomes utilizing the unit lot development <br />process at 3618 W. Mukilteo Boulevard in Everett is APPROVED subject to the following <br />conditions. <br />1. All structures shall be limited to three floors in height. <br />2. The project shall be redesigned either to provide 65 off-street parking stalls, or shall be <br />otherwise reconfigured to contain the townhomes on Lots 11 through 25 in two buildings <br />rather than four, or otherwise in order ensure compliance with the applicable provisions <br />of EMC Chapter 19.34. <br />3. The site plan shall be redesigned to provide the five-foot wide exterior pedestrian <br />circulation system required by the multifamily development standards at EMC <br />19.09.030.A. <br />4.
