1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />TIVetland Resources, Inc. (WRI) performed a site investigation on December 16, 2020, and April 26, <br />2021, to locate and evaluate critical areas on and in the vicinity of the 1.45-acre subject site. The <br />site is composed of four tax parcels (00433600004500, 00433600004600, 00433600004700, and <br />00433600004802), within the City of Everett. The subject site is located east of the intersection of <br />W Mukilteo Boulevard and Upland Avenue, and further located as a part of Section 34, Township <br />29N, Range 4E, W.M. Wetland determination methodologies were performed according to the <br />2010 Regional Supplement to the Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual: Western Mountains, Valleys, <br />and Coast Region (Version 2.0). One wetland was identified and classified on the subject property.
