Hydro -wells were installed on February 23, 2021 and monitored from March I to April 2, 2021. <br />Monthly totals, and departure from normal precipitation data were collected from the Everett <br />Snohomish County AP station (via AgACIS for Snohomish County) for the months of February, <br />March, and April. (WMI) staff conducted a site investigation on December 16, 2020 and April <br />26, 2021 to locate and classify wetlands occurring within the subject property. <br />The wetland on site was classified according to the Cowardin System, as described in Classification <br />of Wetlands and Deepwater Habitats of the United States (Cowardin et al., 1979), and according to the <br />Hydrogeomorphic (HGM) Classification System (Brinson 1993).
