Figure 4 - Wetland located on the subject property. <br />2.2.1 Wetland A <br />HGM Class: Slope <br />Cowardin Classification: Palustrine, Scrub -Shrub, Broad-leaved Deciduous, Saturated Only <br />2014 DOE Wetland Rating: Category IV (12 points), low habitat score (3 points) <br />City of Everett: Category IV — Excepted from compliance <br />Wetland A is a 1,345 square -foot Category IV slope wetland with a habitat score of 3 and has a <br />Cowardin classification of Palustrine Scrub -Shrub, Broad-leaved deciduous, Saturated Only. <br />Vegetation within Wetland A includes: Himalayan blackberry (Rubus armeniacus; FAC), reed <br />canarygrass (Plialwis arundinacea; FACNV), soft rush (7uncus eff aus; FACW), creeping buttercup <br />(Ranunculus repens; FAC), and common velvetgrass (Holcus lanatus; FAC). <br />Wetland A is located along a slight slope within the southern portion of the property. Wetland A <br />has no observable outlet, channelization, or impoundments. Wetland A does not appear to have <br />any hydrologic connection to any streams, ditches, or wetlands.
