C � <br /> Ut- WORK <br /> R&R CREW RESPONSIBILITIES & DETAILS: <br /> Crew will install 13 helical piles to stabilize foundation. <br /> -Crew will lift on piles 1-8 and piles 9- 13 will be stabilize only <br /> -Crew will do 6 concrete remove and repour to allow pile installation <br /> -Crew will poly foam void fill/lift garage, porch and driveway slabs.Any remaining foam will be used under the rest of <br /> driveway <br /> - Elevations taken from floor at 00 point in home and ceiling at 00 point in garage <br /> - Footing Depth is unknown. Piles 9- 11 will be deep excavation due to basement <br /> - Dingo Accessible <br /> HOMEOWNER RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> - Have work area cleared where piles will be installed. <br /> - Have necessary plants within 3 feet of foundation removed if they wish to preserve them <br /> ADDITIONAL INFO: <br /> - R&R will handle necessary permit and engineering coordination. <br /> -25%deposit, 25% upon issue of permit and final 50% upon completion of project. <br /> Permit cost is not included and will be billed on second 25%deposit payment. <br /> Homeowner understands permit process may require the hiring of a Geotechnical Engineer and or a WABO certified special <br /> inspector billed at additional fees depending on municipality. Geo and WABO fees range between $2k-$3k each normally <br /> depend on municipality requirements and project size <br /> - Responsible party representative must be onsite during crew arrival, project completion and foundation lifting if applicable. <br /> -Permitti ng/scheduling times may vary beyond R&R control <br /> Material Clause: <br /> Depth Clause: Piles are bid to 25 foot maximum depth. $20 per foot charge beyond that. <br /> - Poly Foam Clause: Project is bid up to 300 Ibs of foam at current minimum mobilization cost. $7 per lb charge beyond that. <br /> Homeowner will be notified if any unexpected items arise and no additional work will be completed without homeonwer <br /> approval <br />
