In its undisturbed state it <br /> is very dense. <br /> City of Everett Comments <br /> According to Mr. Alex Byrd from the City of Everrett. the concrete pads for the hot tub and the <br /> stair Ianding may have disturbed the ground and a geological assessment letter is required per <br /> EMC 19.37.070 because of the mapped landslide hazard and erosion hazard areas on the steep <br /> slope on the west half of the lot.
