Additionally,the <br /> site plan is incomplete (dimensions of decks, porch, landings missing, dimensions of house,setback dimensions, lot <br /> coverage calcs etc.). Please submit a site plan meeting the minimum requirements in the attached checklist. <br /> The permit intake/resubmittal policy is available on the Permit Services Page. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any <br /> revised documents/plans. These comments are only related to the land use code and do not account for all possible <br /> requirements from other departments.
