City records indicate that foundations and footings were
inspected and approved during construction. (see "Inspection Activity Report"
attached:) The owner then stopped the project for about 14 years. The old plans
have now been resurrected and modified, new energy code compliance has been
reviewed by licensed architect Doug Engelson and licensed engineer H.N.
Lehtinen has reviewed and stamped structural changes. Drafting was by
owner/architect Richard Sullivan. The drawings illustrate proposed changes to
the original plans.
No change in building height is proposed. No change to the existing street level
floor plan is proposed. No change in parking is proposed. The building is located
in an historic part of town but is not considered to be a contributing-structure.
