<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. __________ <br /> <br />An Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled “Municipal Court Access Control <br />Installation Project”, Fund 342, Program 053 to accumulate all costs for the project. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The City Council recognizes the need to implement access control systems throughout the Everett <br />Municipal Court Facility. <br /> <br />B. The City Council recognizes the need for access control measures for public Facilities. <br /> <br />C. The City Council recognizes the need to update and maintain public access to public facilities. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 342 Program 053 and shall be <br />entitled “Municipal Court Access Control Installation Project” to accumulate all costs for the project. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 342, <br />Program 053 for the special improvement project. <br /> <br />Section 3. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Director, under the direction of the <br />Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and all necessary steps to <br />accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br />Section 4. The sum of $50,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 053, “Municipal Court <br />Access Control Installation Project” as follows: <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br />Improvements $50,000 <br />Total $50,000 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br />Fund 342, Program 053 (CIP-1) $50,000 <br />Total $50,000 <br /> <br /> <br />
