<br /> <br />2025 TDP – FINAL DRAFT 25 <br /> <br /> <br />PROJECTS OF REGIONAL SIGNIFICANCE <br />Everett Transit has partnered with Community Transit since 2009 in support of Bus Rapid Transit in the City of <br />Everett. In 2024, Everett Transit contributed approximately $2.3M in capital funding for support of the Swift Blue <br />Line. <br /> <br />Specific projects involving regional coordination include the ongoing study of a consolidated system with <br />Community Transit and the installation of inductive charging at the Seaway Transit Center. <br /> <br />In addition, Community Transit will coordinate with the City of Everett on the design of the Swift Gold line in <br />Everett. <br /> <br />For the future Everett Link Extension, there are ongoing planning and coordination meetings with Sound Transit <br />and regional stakeholders on alignment, station placement, and design as part of Sound Transit’s DEIS process. <br /> <br />Regionally significant improvements at Everett Station include upgrades to the elevator cabs and electronic way- <br />finding installations. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
