This Scope of Work is based on the information provided by the Department of Enterprise Services <br /> representative Michelle Hill. at the Joint Scoping Meeting held on December 20, 2024. <br /> 2. Performance of all work will be in accordance with all OSHA and Washington DOSH requirements. <br /> 3. Daily job site cleanup is required before the work crew leaves the site each day and final clean-up is <br /> required prior to final inspection and acceptance. <br /> 4. Contractors will be responsible for their own waste disposal. <br /> S. Project requires State Prevailing Wages to be paid and submission of weekly certified payrolls. <br /> 6. Monthly subcontractor reporting is required into the Public Works Diversity Tracking & Management <br /> System (132Gnow) https://des.diversitycompliance.com <br /> 7. Outages to be coordinated 72 hours prior to shutdown with Facility Maintenance Manager. <br /> TECHNICAL SCOPE OF WORK: <br /> 1. General Requirements: <br /> 1.1. All work performance shall be completed in accordance with the "Project Drawings," and all local, city, <br /> and state AHJ requirements and regulations. <br /> 1.2. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the following work package to the extent <br /> necessary to complete the intended scope of work including all parts, pieces, and components: <br /> 2. Engineering Building Roof Replacement: <br /> 2.1. By Performing Subcontractor: <br /> 2.2. Remove existing roofing materials,to include shingles, underlayment, and roof penetrations. <br /> 2.2.1.Assumption: All existing plywood substrate is assumed to be in good condition and will not be <br /> removed or replaced. <br /> 2.2.2.Provide and install new Safeguard 30 synthetic over plywood in conjunction with ice and water at <br /> eaves and rake edges. <br /> 2.2.3.Provide and install new rubberized asphalt shingles. <br /> Page 1 Saybr Contractors, Inc. <br />
