Background check, badging, and escorts will be required for all trades staffing during all <br /> construction activities. <br /> 3. The existing building requires no additional structural, electrical, mechanical, fire alarm or fire sprinkler <br /> upgrades to execute all work associated with this work order, including all walls, ceilings and floors. All <br /> existing structural, electrical, mechanical, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm configurations and components <br /> meet all current local, city, and state AHJ codes and requirements. <br /> 4. Existing plywood substrate is in good condition and will not need replaced. <br /> EXCLUSIONS: <br /> 1. Replacing any existing sheathing. <br /> PERMITS: <br /> 1. Permit to be acquired by Saybr as a direct reimbursable cost. Permit costs to be paid directly by <br /> DES. <br /> 2.
