NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That there be and is hereby levied upon <br /> the real and personal property in the city of Everett or subject <br /> to taxation therein, a general property tax for municipal purposes <br /> for the ensuing year, commencing January lst , 1917, of two hundred <br /> thirtyseven thousand five hundred ($237 ,500) dollars. <br /> Section 2 : Said taxes shall be apportioned to the <br /> various funds of said city for said year as follows : <br /> 1- General Fund 126,000.00 / <br /> 2- Park Fund 8 ,400.00 <br /> 3- Library Fund 5,600.00✓ <br /> 4- Public Improvement Fund 7 ,000.00 <br /> 5- Firemen's Relief & Pension Fund 850.00 <br /> 6- Gen.Mun. Funding Bond Fund., 30,650.00 / <br /> 7- Gen.Mun. Sewer Bond Fund. - 3,000.00 ✓ <br /> 8- Gen. Water Supply Bond Fund 28,000.00 <br /> 9- Sinking Fund Gen.Mun. Funding Bond 14,000.00 <br /> 18� Sinking Fund Gen. Mun.Sewer Bond 14,000.00 <br /> 237 ,500.00 <br /> Section 3 : That the City Clerk be, and he is here- <br /> by directed to certify to the County Auditor a copy of this Ordinance <br /> in order that the same may be extended upon the general assessment <br /> roll of said County in the same manner and at the same time that <br /> the levy for state and county purposes is extended. <br /> Section 4 : That the said tax shall be collected and <br /> paid into the City Treasury at the time and in the manner provided <br /> by the laws of the State of Washington relating to the collection <br /> of taxes in cities of the first class. <br /> Section 5 : That all ordinances and parts of ord- <br /> inances in conflict herewith be , and the same are hereby repealed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Passed_ OCT 16 L �. <br /> Attest • <br /> City C erk <br /> Published OCT 2 6 1913 <br />
