• ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance providing for the improvement of Pucker Avenue from the south line of Fortyfirst Street to the north line of Fortysecond Street, by grading to proper grade, removal of old lumber, construction of concrete curbs and gutters, necessary con- crete pavement to conform to Rucker Avenue north of Fortyfirst Street and the pavement to be put down by Snohomish County, necess- ary concrete walks and drainage system, making old work conform to new, and doing all other work in connection therewith asmay be necessary to make a complete itA_provement, approving the plans and specifications for such improvement, creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on prop- erty in said district under the mode of "Payment by Bonds". WHEREAS, a majority petition of the property-owners petition- ing for said improvement has heretofore been filed with the commissioner of public works, and said commissioner found the things set forth in said petition to be true, and WHEREAS, the commissioner of public works has filed with the city council all data and information in regard to said improvement, as required by law, and WHEREAS, the commissioner of public works has recommended to the city council that such improvement petitioned for be made, and it appearing to the city council that public convenience and necessity requires said improvement to be made, NOT THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That :Rucker Avenue from the south line of Fortyfirst Street to the north line of Fortysecond Street be improved by grading to proper grade, removal of old lumber, construction of concrete curbs and gutters, necessary concrete pavement to conform to Rucker Avenue north of Fortyfirst Street and the pavement to be
