• <br /> ment,lime,plaster, or other material for which <br /> water is required to be used in the construction <br /> of such buildings, which, when practicable, <br /> shall be certified to by the superintendent or <br /> architect of the building. Water for building <br /> purposes will only be furnished upon payment <br /> in advance, and at the rates based upon such <br /> estimate, and no water shall be furnished in <br /> excess of the money advanced thereon without <br /> further payment; provided, that for all build- <br /> ings of which the estimated cost of construc- <br /> tion exceeds five thousand dollars water shall <br /> be furnished at meter rates and payment for <br /> water so used shall be made at the same time <br /> and in the same manner as prescribed in sec- <br /> tion <br /> Section 33 2 Wa er to Users Only.—Water for <br /> sidewalk, street or lawn sprinklers, irrigation, <br /> hose connections, closets or bath tubs, will not <br /> be furnished to consumers who do not also pay <br /> for the use of water for families, stores or <br /> other purposes to which it may be supplied, <br /> and the water will be turned off from the <br /> premises as soon as such payments are dis- <br /> continued. <br /> Section 34: Washing Streets—Time For.—The <br /> use of ose for washing walks or streets is <br /> prohibited, except between the hours of six <br /> o'clock arigl eight o'clock A. M. and o'clock <br /> and ire o'clock P. M., except when meters <br /> are used. For violation of this rule a penalty <br /> of one dollar shall be imposed and taxed <br /> against the person and premises supplied, and <br /> the water shall be turned off, and so,remain <br /> until the same is paid. <br /> Section 35*i. The placing in any place where it <br /> can be used by the public, of any faucet, fix- <br /> ture or opening of any kind other than a hose <br /> connection for sprinkling, which latter must <br /> be kept under cover by an iron box, will not be <br /> allowed except where meters are used.
