by the Building Inspector or Health Officer as <br /> sooni it exists. <br /> Section 29 :::4 During Fires.—No person shall <br /> use water for irrigation or sprinkling during <br /> the progress of any fire in the City, and all <br /> irrigation or sprinkling shall be immediately <br /> stopped when an alarm of fire is sounded in <br /> any part of the City. For any violation of <br /> this rule a penalty of ten dollars for each of- <br /> fense shall be imposed and taxed against the <br /> person and premises supplied, and the water <br /> shall be turned off and so remain until said <br /> penalty nd all other charges are paid. <br /> Section 30 Access to Buildings.—Employees of <br /> the Wa r Department shall have <br /> free access at proper hours of the day to all <br /> parts of buildings to which water may be de- <br /> livered from the City mains, for the purpose <br /> of ascertaining the number of rooms and fam- <br /> ilies in the house, or inspecting the condition <br /> of the pipes and fixtures and the manner in <br /> which the water is used. <br /> Sect i on 31: Access to Cocks and Meters.—The <br /> Water Department shall have free access to <br /> stop cocks and water meter covers. All per- <br /> sons are prohibited from piling rubbish or <br /> building material thereon. <br /> Section 32:inspection of Buildings.—It shall <br /> be the duty of the Inspector of Buildin s De- <br /> partment report to the Water <br /> within fifteen days after the taking <br /> effect of this ordinance, all buildings then in <br /> process of construction in the City, and there- <br /> after to report the amount of water required <br /> to be used in the construction of all buildings <br /> hereafter to be erected; such reports to be <br /> on printed forms provided for that purpose, <br /> containing an estimate of the brick, stone, ce- <br />
