Section 9: All charges for water on fixed rates shall be due and payable at the office of the City Treasurer, without any notice whatever to the consumer, on or before the 10,th day of each month, for said month' all charges for water pn meter rates shall be due and payable at the office of said City treasurer on or before the 10th day of each month for the preceeding month. If said charges are not paid within said time they shall become delinquent and the Treasurer shall notify the Superintendent of tmater ^epartment of the delinquency, and the water shall be immediately shut off from the premises and shall not be again turned on until all arrears are paid, together with a. fee of fifty cents for turning on the water. "'hen the 10th day of any month falls on Sunday or a legal holiday, the day preceeding shall be the last day on which such charges shall be due and payable. section 10: PERTITE: No person supplied with water fro::: the city mains shall be entitled to use it for any purpose other than those stated in the application, net add any fixtures; or supply in any way, or for any purpose, other persons or families, without first securing a permit for the same from the Water nepartment. Section 11: COMMON USER SERVICE: In all cases where water is to be Supplied for several properties from one service, the city shall contract with but one of the owners of said property, and he and his property shall be held responsible by the City , for all charges) the same as if he were the owner of all the properties benefited by said service. The superintendent of the later Department nay re- quire the placing of separate services for each house.
