There is a descent of <br />grade from the alley to the west to Broadway on the east of xx feet. <br />Drainage patterns: Roof drains collect most of the site runoff. Ground level <br />impervious and landscaping sheetflows to Broadway. <br />Existing Vegetation: The existing vegetation on the site consists of planted trees, <br />bushes and patches of grass. <br />Critical Areas (wetlands, streams, high erosion risk, steep or difficult to stabilize slopes): <br />There are no critical areas on or near the site. <br />List of known impairments for 303(d) listed or Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for the <br />receiving waterbody: None <br />Table 1 includes a list of suspected and/or known contaminants associated with the construction <br />activity. <br />Proposed Construction Activities (1.2) <br />Description of site development (example: subdivision): <br />The project is a full redevelopment of a behavioral health care facility. <br />Description of construction activities (example: site preparation, demolition, excavation): <br />Demolish the existing building and additional excavation for new foundations. Construct a new <br />multi -story building on the newly cleared site with retaining walls, sidewalk construction and <br />utilities. <br />
