Description of site drainage including flow from and onto adjacent properties. Must be consistent <br />with Site Map in Appendix A: <br />This area of Everett is a combined sewer system. Runoff from the site sheetflows into the right <br />of way, is collected in inlets, and enters the City combined system. <br />Description of final stabilization (example: extent of revegetation, paving, landscaping): <br />The final stabilization of the site comes from the paving, as most of the site is covered with <br />impervious. There will be some planters located at the entrance along Broadway. The Phase 3 <br />area will be stabilized with pulverized concrete from the building demolition in preparation for <br />future building construction. <br />Contaminated Site Information: <br />Proposed activities regarding contaminated soils or groundwater (example: on -site treatment <br />system, authorized sanitary sewer discharge): <br />There are no known contaminated soils. <br />
