Element 7: Protect Drain Inlets (2.1.7) <br />List and describe BMPs: BMP C220, Storm Drain Inlet Protection: During construction, <br />filter inserts will be installed in the existing inlets surrounding the site and in the new inlets. <br />They will filter and retain sediment from dirty stormwater runoff during construction. <br />Installation Schedules: Install on existing structures before any clearing. Install on new <br />structures as they are placed. <br />Inspection and Maintenance plan: Inspect regularly for sediment build up and remove sediment <br />per manufacturer's directions. <br />Responsible Staff: CESCL and Contractor <br />
