Ripple Functionality Description <br /> Overview <br /> Ripple is an add-on module to TripSpark's demand response and medical products.It provides notifications <br /> to clients regarding their upcoming scheduled rides.Notifications are outbound via telephone,SMS and <br /> email. <br /> The inbound communications module enables automated interaction to confirm and cancel trips without <br /> having to speak to an agent. <br /> Specific functionality includes: <br /> 1. Outbound notifications <br /> a. Next day trip reminders <br /> b. Imminent arrival notifications <br /> c. Touch tone cancellation ability <br /> d. No show notifications <br /> e. Eligibility expiration <br /> f. Trip booking confirmations <br /> g. Bulk notifications(Novus and PASS only) <br /> 2. Inbound Functionality <br /> a. Automated touch tone trip inquiry,including confirmations and cancellations <br /> b. Inbound SMS trip inquiry including confirmations and cancellations <br /> Not included: <br /> 1. Touch tone trip booking <br /> Timeframe <br /> This implementation can be completed within approx.three(3)months from installation of the Ripple software at <br /> Customer.During the operational review,a project plan will be prepared for each Software module. <br /> TripSpark Implementation Services <br /> The implementation services below will be provided by TripSpark. All implementation services,materials and <br /> training will be provided in English,unless otherwise stated. <br /> Project Design <br /> Project design will involve a series of meetings and conference calls with Customer's project team to discuss <br /> the following items: <br /> • Existing infrastructure(back office,network,cellular,etc.) <br /> • Current operational environment(policies/procedures)as they relate to the Customer Information process. <br /> • Software configuration. <br /> • Testing and Training requirements. <br /> • Finalize project timelines <br /> • Final project plan,test,training and transition strategies. <br /> Amendment#4 Page 7 of 12 <br />
