Per our previous discussion, the plans have been color coded to reflect "Existing <br /> to Remain" (shown in yellow) and "new construction" (shown in blue). The <br /> black lines represent "proposed work" that needs to have a final inspection. <br /> From our talks you will remember that framing was completed in 2009 for the <br /> dormer, front porch roof extension, and a separate new daylight basement <br /> ADU. <br /> 2. Please see drawings for dormer height now shown at T-0" minimum and the <br /> separate basement unit finish ceiling height shown at T-9". (floor to bottom of <br /> joists at entry door measured at T-11") <br /> 3. Skylight location, size, framing plan, and "U factor(max of 0.5)" are each now <br /> shown on plans. <br /> 4. Entry door now shown with "Safety Glass" notation. Access window is shown <br /> on plan and elevation with size and AFF dimension "less than 44 inches". <br /> 5. See #4 above. <br /> 6.
