September 3, 2025 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., September 3, <br />2025, by Vice President Zarlingo. <br /> <br />Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Bader, Rhyne, Vogeli, <br />Fosse, Tuohy, and Vice President Zarlingo were present. President Schwab was excused. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse recited the land acknowledgement. <br /> <br />The minutes of the August 27, 2025, meeting were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />Mayor Franklin expressed support for the Port Gardner Storage Facility Project Labor Agreement <br />as well as the upcoming Reservoir 3 Project Labor Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: Corlonda Byrd. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne thanked the public commenter and reminded the public that Hotel Indigo <br />is hosting Waterfront Women’s Expo on Saturday. <br /> <br />Council Member Vogeli thanked the public commenter. <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy attended the Community Health and Safety Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Zarlingo attended the Snohomish County Tomorrow meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson had no updates. <br /> <br />
