The initial draft of this document was prepared by counsel for <br />the Landlord, and all other parties have been advised to have it reviewed by counsel of their <br />choice before executing it; no construction or interpretation will be made based on which party <br />drafted the document. This document constitutes the complete agreement concerning the <br />subject matter hereof. It may be amended only by a subsequent document signed by both <br />parties. It may be signed in multiple counterparts, and the parties agree that signature <br />obtained electronically or by fax transmittal or email is intended to be valid and binding. <br />Defined terms in the Lease have the same meaning herein, unless otherwise expressly defined <br />herein.
