IBC 107.1 requires that the construction documents shall be prepared by a registered design <br /> professional where required by the statues of the jurisdiction. The drawings have been reviewed and <br /> prepared by a licensed engineer and stipulations set forth by RCW 18.08.410 will be adhered to. A <br /> licensed architect will provide a stamp for the architectural drawings and a licensed engineer will <br /> provide a stamp for the structural sheets. Both professionals will review all sheets. <br /> 2. RCW form has been filled out and submitted. Overall project cost is less than 5%of the assessed value <br /> of the property. <br /> Egress: <br /> 3. <br /> a. A section has been provided for all 3 ramps. See new details 1/S2.3 and 2/S2.3 <br /> b. Handrails will be added to both sides of all three ramps. <br /> c. Guardrails are installed on both sides of each ramp in addition to handrails. Per 1012.10 an edge <br /> protection barrier will be present at the base of the guardrails which will allow a gap of no more <br /> than 4". See detail 3/A1.1. <br /> 4. The landing aisle between ramp 1 and 2 was widened to 6'-0"to accommodate handrail extensions from <br /> ramp 1 and ramp 2 and maintain the 44" min corridor width <br /> 5. Detail 2/A1.1 has been revised to be applicable to a ramp. <br /> Accessibility: <br /> 6. Sheet A1.1 has been provided to show dimensions, handrail/guardrail locations and door approach <br /> footprints at all three ramps. <br /> Structural: <br /> 1. 100psf live load is noted under the "Loads" heading on Sheet SO.1 of the submitted plans.
