3) It involves the installation of more than the standard number of new equipment cabinets for the technology involved,but not to exceed four.: The proposed scope of work does not include any equipment cabinet additions or changes. 4) It entails any excavation or deployment of transmission equipment outside of the current site. The "site"is as defined at 47 C.F.R. § 1.6100(b)(6).: No excavation or ground work is proposed with this modification. 5) Would defeat any concealment elements of the existing facility: There are no existing concealment elements to the facility therefore the modifications do not defeat any concealment elements. Antennas are currently installed on mounts above the rooftop structure and this will be the case with the modification. 6) Does the modification violate conditions associated with the siting approval with the prior approval the tower or base station other than as specified in 47 C.F.R. 5 1.6100(c)(7)(i) — (iv)?: There are no existing conditions of approval for the site that this modification would violate. The wireless facility was originally approved in 1998 under SEPA#97-066 and BP # B58576. Please find enclosed the following information in support of this request: (1) Eligible Facility Letter; (2) Construction Drawings; (3) Structural Plan Sheets;and (4) Structural Analysis The modification does not exceed any of the substantial change thresholds such that it would "substantially change" the physical dimensions of the existing tower. As such,it is an "eligible facilities request" as defined in the FCC's rules to which the 60-day deadline for approval applies. As mentioned above the City as landlord has requested the work be completed in early January and we are asking for assistance with expediting the permit approval.
