September 10, 2025 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />JOB COMPLETE – WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT “Y” <br /> <br />To accept the Water Main Replacement “Y” – Phase 1 as complete and authorize the Mayor to <br />sign the Certificate of Completion. <br /> <br />AWARD - FOREST PARK PICKLEBALL COURT INSTALLATION PROJECT <br /> <br />To award the Construction Contract for the Forest Park Pickleball Court Installation Project to <br />Diverse Earthworks, Inc., in the amount of $868,210. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members Fosse and Schwab <br />who were excused. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2508-46 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Riverpoint Outfalls <br />Replacement,” Fund 336, Program 049 <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2508-47 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2025 revised City of Everett Budget <br />and amending Ordinance No. 4099-25 <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2508-48 <br /> <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled “North Broadway <br />Pedestrian Bridge,” Fund 303, Program 133, to accumulate all costs for the improvement <br /> <br />
