The notice must be run after the NOI has been submitted and must contain: l 1. A statement that"The applicant is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit." 2. The name,address, and location of the construction site. 3. The name and address of the applicant. E i 4. The type of construction activity that will result in a discharge (for example, residential construction,commercial construction, etc.),and the total number of acres to be i disturbed over the lifetime of the project.
