Discharges to Water Bodies on the 303(d) List for High pH <br /> 1. At the Permittee's discretion, compliance with the limit shall be assessed at one of the <br /> following locations: <br /> a. Alternatively,the Permittee may measure pH at the point where the discharge <br /> leaves the construction site, rather than in the receiving water. <br /> 3. Discharges that exceed the numeric effluent limit for pH (outside the range of 6.5—8.5 su) <br /> constitute a violation of this permit. <br /> 4. Permittees whose discharges exceed the numeric effluent limit must sample discharges <br /> daily until the violation is corrected and comply with the non-compliance notification <br /> requirements in Special Condition SS.F. <br /> E.
