List and describe BMPs: Dust Control (BMP C140) measures, such as spraying the site with <br /> water and installing a temporary construction entrance to prevent carry-out of mud onto the <br /> public roadway. Remove mud and other dirt promptly so it does not dry. Another measure is to <br /> vegetate or mulch areas that will not receive vehicle traffic. See other measures outlined in <br /> BMP C140 attached. <br /> Concrete Handling (BMP C1 51)- Washout of concrete truck is performed off site or in a <br /> designated concrete washout area.
