List and describe BMPs: Dust Control (BMP C140) measures, such as spraying the site with <br /> water and installing a temporary construction entrance to prevent carry-out of mud onto the <br /> public roadway. Remove mud and other dirt promptly so it does not dry. Another measure is to <br /> vegetate or mulch areas that will not receive vehicle traffic. See other measures outlined in <br /> BMP C140 attached. <br /> Concrete Handling (BMP C1 51)- Washout of concrete truck is performed off site or in a <br /> designated concrete washout area. Dispose of collected slurry and process water in a manner <br /> that does not violate groundwater or surface water quality standards. <br /> Concrete Washout Area (BMP C154): Prevent or reduce discharge of pollutants by disposing of <br /> concrete waste in designated areas. <br /> Material Delivery, Storage, and Containment (BMP C1 53): Prevent, reduce, or eliminate the <br /> discharge of pollutants to the stormwater system or watercourses from material delivery and <br /> storage. <br /> Installation Schedules- Implement BMPs once construction of site begins. <br /> Inspection and Maintenance plan: Continually monitor operations to determine if BMPs are <br /> required for dust control and concrete operations, or to determine whether slurry, cuttings, or <br /> process water could enter waters of the state. <br /> Responsible Staff: Contractor <br /> Will maintenance, fueling, and/or repair of heavy equipment and vehicles occur on site? <br /> ❑ Yes No <br /> List and describe BMPs: NA <br /> Installation Schedules: NA <br /> Inspection and Maintenance plan: NA <br /> Responsible Staff: NA <br /> Will wheel wash or tire bath system BMPs be used during construction? <br /> Yes E] No <br /> List and describe BMPs: Wheel Wash (BMP C106) <br /> Installation Schedules: Install as necessary to reduce sediment accumulation on public <br /> roadways. <br /> Pa e f 10 <br />
