September 17, 2025 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor or her designee to sign all necessary documents and agreements for <br />the Defense Community Infrastructure Program Grant Agreement in the amount of $300,000. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Zarlingo who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2508-48 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a Special Improvement Project, entitled “North Broadway <br />Pedestrian Bridge,” Fund 303, Program 133, to accumulate all costs for the improvement <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />CALL FOR BIDS – PORT GARNDER STORAGE FACILITY SITE <br /> <br />The following member of the public spoke: Gordon McLaren. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Tom Hood from Public Works, answering council questions. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Rhyne, to reject all bids <br />received and authorize a call for bids for the Port Garnder Storage Facility Site Construction <br />project. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member Zarlingo who was <br />excused. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />
