House Frame Structural Augmentation,Repair and Dormer Construction <br /> Pacific Garages will augment the existing house wood frame to support the new roof <br /> dormers in accordance to plans specified by West Coast Structural Engineering. The <br /> following repairs will also be made: <br /> 1.) Carpenter Ant damage in South East Corner,living room. <br /> 2.) Water damage underneath upper floor bathroom. <br /> 3.) Floor joist cuts from previous furnace ducting. <br /> 4.) West and north interior living room walls will be properly supported with floor joists. <br /> 5.) Repair all walls to meet West Coast Structural Engineering specifications. <br /> Furnace,Ducting and Hot Water Heater <br /> After the wood frame structural work is completed, C—M Heating, (425)259-6666, will <br /> install the gas furnace, install ducting for the entire house, and install the hot water heater. <br /> Additionally, ducting for Laundry Room dryer on upper floor will be installed. <br /> Plumbing, Stage 2 <br /> After furnace ducting is installed, Setzer Plumbing will accomplish the following: <br /> 1.) Replace upper floor bathroom toilet drain and water supply. <br /> 2.) Replace upper floor bathroom tub drain, hot/cold water supply and install new tub. <br /> 3.) Replace upper floor bathroom sink drain,hot/cold water supply. <br /> 4.) Install upper floor laundry wash machine drain and hot/cold water supply. <br /> 5.) Install kitchen sink drain and hot/cold water supply. <br /> 6.) Install kitchen utility closet sink drain and hot/cold water supply. <br /> 7.) Install deck water bib and cold water supply. <br /> 8.) Install three water bibs on foundation walls and cold water supplies. <br /> Installation will include applicable venting or stacking. <br /> Homeowner will install toilet, sinks and kitchen disposal. <br /> Electrical Work, Stage 2 <br /> After plumbing is finished,Hi-Lo Electric will accomplish the following electrical work: <br /> 1.) All Kitchen electrical wiring, including outlets, switches, appliances, lights and fans. <br /> 2.) All Dining Room, Living Room, Foyer wiring, including outlets, lights, and switches. <br /> 3.) All upper floor bathroom wiring, including outlets, switches, lights and fans. <br /> 4.) All Laundry wiring, including washer, electric dryer and outlets. <br /> 5.) Carport,porch and deck wiring, including lights, switches and outlets. <br /> 6.) Install attic and upper floor wiring through main floor walls. <br /> 7.) Basement hallway lights and switches. <br /> Roofing <br /> While furnace installation, plumbing stage 2 and electrical work stage 2 is being <br /> accomplished,the roof will be re-shingled and gutters will be replaced.. <br /> 4 <br />
