.. ..... . The remaining plumbing work for the kitchen,laundry room and upper floor bathroom will resume after cement pouring, structural repairs/framing augmentation and HVAC work is completed. During this time,the underground conduit from garage to new circuit breaker location in the basement will be laid and covered. During this time,the homeowner will start upper floor bathroom renovation. Fixtures, plumbing lines, drains, lath and plaster will be removed_ Drywall and flooring will be installed. Cement Work Cement pouring will be accomplished by Ed Olson, of Pacific Garages, (425)259-1311. 1.) A retaining wall, 2' height,will be poured on the west side of the property near the alley. The retaining wall will also provide a foundation for a cedar fence. 2.) A sidewalk from basement west door to alley(through backyard)will be poured. 3.) Entrance pad and steps will be poured for the east garage door. 4.) A landing pad for deck stairs will be poured. 5.) The area underneath the existing house addition overhang(west side) will be poured. 6.) The basement floor will be poured to the same level as the car port. 7.) The carport area will be poured. The surface will be sloped to facilitate storm water Row to the drain. 8). A retaining wall, approximately 1' height, will be poured from carport to sidewalk. 9.) A cement landing pad and step will be poured for the house door on north east corner. Electrical Work, Stage 1 After the cement has dried and cured,Pacific Garages will frame a basement wall to facilitate installation of a new circuit breaker panel. Thomas McGuire, of Hi-Lo Electric, (425)355-9643 will accomplish the following electrical work: 1.) Coordinate with P.U.D. to install new electrical service to the house. The electrical service will provide 200 amps to the residence. Electrical service is currently overhead cable to the house. The new electrical service will be overhead to the garage and then underground to the house in the trench dug by Jack Kerrens. 2.) At the garage, a roof mast,weather head and electrical meter socket will be installed to receive the P.U.D. electrical power line. 3.) An electrical panel and back-up generator switch will also be installed in the garage. 4.) A new electrical panel will be installed in the basement in a new location. 5.) Underground electrical wiring from garage to basement will be installed in conduit. 6.) A new electrical panel will be installed in new location of basement. 7.) Temporarily switch existing wiring from the old circuit breaker panel and reconnected to the new panel. 3
