.. ..... . <br /> The remaining plumbing work for the kitchen,laundry room and upper floor bathroom <br /> will resume after cement pouring, structural repairs/framing augmentation and HVAC <br /> work is completed. <br /> During this time,the underground conduit from garage to new circuit breaker location in <br /> the basement will be laid and covered. <br /> During this time,the homeowner will start upper floor bathroom renovation. Fixtures, <br /> plumbing lines, drains, lath and plaster will be removed_ Drywall and flooring will be <br /> installed. <br /> Cement Work <br /> Cement pouring will be accomplished by Ed Olson, of Pacific Garages, (425)259-1311. <br /> 1.) A retaining wall, 2' height,will be poured on the west side of the property near the <br /> alley. The retaining wall will also provide a foundation for a cedar fence. <br /> 2.) A sidewalk from basement west door to alley(through backyard)will be poured. <br /> 3.) Entrance pad and steps will be poured for the east garage door. <br /> 4.) A landing pad for deck stairs will be poured. <br /> 5.) The area underneath the existing house addition overhang(west side) will be poured. <br /> 6.) The basement floor will be poured to the same level as the car port. <br /> 7.) The carport area will be poured. The surface will be sloped to facilitate storm water <br /> Row to the drain. <br /> 8). A retaining wall, approximately 1' height, will be poured from carport to sidewalk. <br /> 9.) A cement landing pad and step will be poured for the house door on north east corner. <br /> Electrical Work, Stage 1 <br /> After the cement has dried and cured,Pacific Garages will frame a basement wall to <br /> facilitate installation of a new circuit breaker panel. <br /> Thomas McGuire, of Hi-Lo Electric, (425)355-9643 will accomplish the following <br /> electrical work: <br /> 1.) Coordinate with P.U.D. to install new electrical service to the house. The electrical <br /> service will provide 200 amps to the residence. Electrical service is currently overhead <br /> cable to the house. The new electrical service will be overhead to the garage and then <br /> underground to the house in the trench dug by Jack Kerrens. <br /> 2.) At the garage, a roof mast,weather head and electrical meter socket will be installed <br /> to receive the P.U.D. electrical power line. <br /> 3.) An electrical panel and back-up generator switch will also be installed in the garage. <br /> 4.) A new electrical panel will be installed in the basement in a new location. <br /> 5.) Underground electrical wiring from garage to basement will be installed in conduit. <br /> 6.) A new electrical panel will be installed in new location of basement. <br /> 7.) Temporarily switch existing wiring from the old circuit breaker panel and <br /> reconnected to the new panel. <br /> 3 <br />
