Depending on your experience with the adopted codes and preparing documents, we recommend <br /> consulting with a design professional to assist you. <br /> Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC) and the <br /> 2021 International Residential Code (IRC). Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington <br /> Administrative Code (WAC)Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> c. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (if applicable). <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project for <br /> compliance with the adopted building codes. <br /> General <br /> 1. The submitted documents include sketches for the proposed project. Construction-level drawings <br /> prepared using established drafting standards are required.The drawings should include plans, <br /> building sections, details, design loads, architectural and structural notes, etc. as needed to show <br /> the proposed work.
