Submitted checklists that lack the necessary information for review are considered <br />incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br />Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br />The purpose ofthiis task is to convey all relevant information aboutthe proposed projectto the Cityfor review <br />to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br />This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br />significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br />Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br />Provide description of existing site conditions: <br />Level backyard that opens directly to alleyway with vegetation and garden space <br />Describe existing structures (location, type): <br />720 sgft SFH located M70' from rear lot line <br />Describe slopes on your site (flat, rolling, steep, %): <br />flat <br />Describe hard surfaces (roof, ground treatment): <br />Roof over existing house, slab from previously demolished garage abutting rear <br />lot line <br />Describe vegetative surfaces (location, quantity ftz): <br />Front lawn of approx- 4000 sqft including rain gardens of approx. 1000 sgft on N, <br />S, and W sides of existing structure.
