I did not see any new plan sets in the file addressing the original correction comments from other <br />plan reviewers; this is why there are no "re -review" dates marked in the system for the other reviewers since the June <br />transmittal information was for the garage and has been moved to that folder. Please submit 2 copies of all plans and <br />associated documents addressing Staff's comments for the DADU so we can wrap up our reviews accordingly. For <br />Planning, the DADU Covenant and Survey are the remaining Planning comments for the DADU only. <br />Correction items 1, 2, and 4 from the attached memorandum still apply for the separated garage permit (B2109-049) <br />have added this information to the garage file and updated my 1st Review line on that permit as "correction letter". <br />Please review and revise at your earliest convenience. Comments/corrections from other plan reviewers may be <br />forthcoming; the permit is currently in line for their reviews. You can check the status of other reviewers online at <br />pw.everettwa.gov. <br />Note: these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements <br />from other departments.
