I did not see any new plan sets in the file addressing the original correction comments from other plan reviewers; this is why there are no "re -review" dates marked in the system for the other reviewers since the June transmittal information was for the garage and has been moved to that folder. Please submit 2 copies of all plans and associated documents addressing Staff's comments for the DADU so we can wrap up our reviews accordingly. For Planning, the DADU Covenant and Survey are the remaining Planning comments for the DADU only. Correction items 1, 2, and 4 from the attached memorandum still apply for the separated garage permit (B2109-049) have added this information to the garage file and updated my 1st Review line on that permit as "correction letter". Please review and revise at your earliest convenience. Comments/corrections from other plan reviewers may be forthcoming; the permit is currently in line for their reviews.
