DADU Covenant. A Covenant shall be recorded on the property in <br />accordance with EMC 19.08.100.C.3. Please see pages 7-11 of the ADU <br />Checklist for the required covenant document. <br />and <br />Survey. Property corners shall be clearly marked in the field by a licensed <br />surveyor in accordance with EMC 19.39.070 to verify setbacks upon <br />inspection. <br />Am I correct?
