This grant period is from September 1, 2025, through September 30, 2027. Eligible costs incurred between September 1, 2025, and the <br />date of this agreement are allowable and reimbursable. <br />2. The Grantee shall ensure requests for disbursements under this award are in proportion to the Federal and non -Federal portions of the <br />total approved budget for the project. For example, for every $1 in eligible costs on a project with a 50% Federal contribution, requests for <br />disbursements should ensure Federal funds do not exceed 50% of the expenditures for the project at any point over the term of the award. <br />3. The Grantee agrees to retain ownership of the new, expanded, or renovated facility, and to operate and maintain or replace the facilities <br />to the same standard and conditions as any other Grantee -owned property, to include scheduling and funding necessary maintenance and <br />replacement of the improved real property on the same basis as any other Grantee -owned property and facilities. <br />4. The Grantee shall administer and supervise implementation of the project, maintaining competent architectural supervision and <br />inspection at the project site to ensure the work conforms to the approved drawings and specifications. <br />5. In the event the final project cost is less than the approved budget for this award, the Grantee and Grantor will recover those savings in <br />proportion to their share of the approved project. <br />6. In the event the final project cost exceeds the approved budget for this award, the Grantee is responsible to provide any additional <br />funding needed to complete the project. <br />7.
