(GLEC) with a total compensation amount not to exceed <br />$60,000. Source of funds for this PSA will be 401 – Water & Sewer Utility Fund. <br /> <br /> <br />Project summary statement: <br />Public Works currently receives nutrient and chlorophyll analytical testing services for <br />Lake Chaplain and reservoir effluent water samples from GLEC. The 2025 Professional <br />Services Agreement will be a 3-year contract initiated in 2025 through December 31, <br />2027, with a total contract amount of $60,000. <br />GLEC will provide analysis of samples, and the accompanying quality control samples or <br />other laboratory parameters at the discretion of the project manager, in accordance <br />with EPA recognized test methods for drinking water. <br /> <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the 2025 Professional Services Agreement with Great Lakes <br />Environmental Center, Inc. for nutrient and chlorophyll testing services. <br /> <br /> <br />City Council Agenda Item Cover Sheet
