SEQUENCE OF OPERATION <br /> AIR HANDLING UNIT (AHU-6L): E.SUPPLY FAN SPEED WILL BE DETERMAINED BY HOW MANY JACK IN THE BOXES ARE CALLED TO RUN. <br /> EACH JACK IN THE BOX HAS A FLOW SETPOINT OF 500 CFM (ADJ.). <br /> THE EMCS SHALL OPERATE THE HBL IN THE FOLLOWING MODES: F.SECTIONS CAN BE ACTIVATED INDIVIDUALLY BASED ON THE OPERATOR NEEDS. <br /> 1.SYSTEM DISABLE G.EACH JACK IN THE BOX OR BANK OF JACK IN THE BOXES WILL HAVE A DISCHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE <br /> 2.VENT/MAINTENANCE SENSOR. THE HIGHEST RECORDED TEMPERATURE WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE COOLING NEEDS. <br /> 3.AUTOMATION MODE H.THE COOLING COIL CONTROL VALVE(S) WILL MODULATE TO MAINTAIN A SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE <br /> 4.ENTRIE/SEAL MODE SETPOINT OF 65-F (ADJ) TO MAINTAIN THE SEAL TEMPERATURE SETPOINT OF 70-F (ADJ.). <br /> 1. JACK IN THE BOX AS PART OF THE ENTRY/SEAL MODE <br /> IN THE SYSTEM DISABLED MODE THE JACK IN THE BOX SYSTEM WILL USE A CPO—RL5 CONTROLLER TO CONTROL EACH JACK IN THE BOXES <br /> N THE OFF MODE THE HBL SYSTEM WILL BE DISABLED AND ALL DAMPERS WILL BE CLOSED. CFM SETPOINT. BASED ON THE DUCK RUN THERE MAY BE 1 OR MORE JACK IN THE BOXES FOR 1 CPO—RL5 <br /> CONTROLLER. THE FOLLOWING SEQUENCE IS WRITTEN AS IF THERE IS ONE CPO—RL5 CONTROLLER FOR <br /> 2.VENT/MAINTENANCE MODE MULTIPLE JACK IN THE BOXS. <br /> THIS MODE IS TO PROVIDE NON—OPERATION AIRFLOW FROM THE UNIT. IT CAN BE USED FOR A.ONCE THE ENTRY SEAL MODE IS ENABLED, DUMPER DAMPER IS PROVEN OPEN, AND SUPPLY FAN IS <br /> TROUBLESHOOTING SYSTEM OPERATION AND OTHER VENTILATION NEEDS. ENABLED, THE SELECTED JACK IN THE BOX WILL COMMAND IT'S ISOLATION DAMPER TO OPEN AND <br /> A.THE OPERATOR SHALL ENABLE THIS MODE AT THE MAIN PUSH BUTTON STATION. PROVEN OPEN, THEN THE SELECTED JACK IN THE BOX WILL MODULATE ITS DAMPER OPEN TO MAITAIN A <br /> B.ONCE ENABLED, THE EMCS SHALL OPEN ALL CROSSFLOW DAMPERS TO 100%. MANUAL BALANCING FLOW SETPOINT OF 500 CFM (ADJ.). WHEN TWO OR THREE JACK IN THE BOXES ARE SELECTED TO RUN <br /> DAMPERS WILL BE USED TO BALANCE THE FLOW AT EACH CROSSFLOW GRILLE. DAMPER OPEN STATUS THE SETPOINT WILL INCREASE TO 1000 CFM (ADJ.) OR 1500 CFM (ADJ.) RESPECTIVLY. <br /> WILL BE DETERMINED BY A DAMPER FEEDBACK SIGNAL OF ABOVE 90% (ADJ.). WHEN ALL DAMPERS ARE <br /> PROVEN OPEN, THE LEAD SUPPLY FAN WILL BY ENABLED AND RUN TO 2,000 CFM (ADJ.). B.THE EMCS WILL CONTINUE TO MODULATE THE DUMP DAMPER WHEN THE ENTRY SEAL MODE IS IN LOW <br /> C.ONCE THE SUPPLY FAN IS ENABLED THE STATUS LED FOR THIS MODE WILL BE LIT LETTING THE FLOW CONDITIONS. I.E. THE TOTAL MINIMUM FLOW OF THE SUPPLY FAN IS MORE THEN THE COMBINED <br /> OPERATORS KNOW THAT THE SYSTEM IS NOW RUNNING. FLOW NEEDED FOR THE JACK IN THE BOXES SELECTED TO RUN. <br /> D.FAN SPEED WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE AIR FLOW READING AT THE SUPPLY FAN AND MODULATE SUPPLY FAN VFD SEQUENCE OF OPERATION <br /> ACCORDINGLY TO 2,000 CFM (ADJ.). THE AHU WILL HAVE THREE SUPPLY FANS WITH 3 VFDS. THE SUPPLY AIR FLOW IS MEASURED AT THE <br /> SUPPLY FANS AIRFLOW MEASURING STATION. <br /> 3.AUTOMATION MODE EACH MODE WILL HAVE ITS OWN SUPPLY FAN CFM SETPOINT. SUPPLY FANS WILL MODULATE AND STAGE UP <br /> THIS MODE IS TO PROVIDE COOLING AIR FOR THE ROBOT SYSTEM AND MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED SEALANT OR DOWN DEPENDING ON SUPPLY FAN CFM SETPOINT. SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS. <br /> TEMPERATURE OF UNDER 80 DEGREES F. AS THE SEALANT WILL BE IN USE, ALL THREE ZONES MUST <br /> OPERATE AT THE SAME TIME TO MAINTAIN TEMPERATURE COMPLIANCE. VENT/MAINTENANCE MODE 2,000 CFM (ADJ.) <br /> A.THE OPERATOR SHALL ENABLE THIS MODE AT THE MAIN PUSH BUTTON STATION. AUTOMATION MODE 10,000 CFM (ADJ.) <br /> B.ONCE ENABLED, THE EMCS WILL OPEN ALL CROSSFLOW DAMPERS. MANUAL BALANCING DAMPERS WILL BE <br /> USED TO BALANCE THE AIRFLOW AT EACH CROSSFLOW SUPPLY GRILLE. DAMPER OPEN STATUS WILL BE ENTRY SEAL MODE 500 CFM (ADJ.) PER EACH JACK IN THE BOX IN USE. <br /> DETERMINED BY A DAMPER FEEDBACK SIGNAL OF ABOVE 90% (ADJ.). WHEN ALL DAMPERS ARE PROVEN <br /> OPEN, THE LEAD SUPPLY FAN WILL BY ENABLED AND RUN TO 10,000 CFM (ADJ.). 1. LEAPLYD <br /> FAN STAGE UP <br /> A.L <br /> C.ONCE THE SUPPLY FAN IS ENABLED THE STATUS LED FOR THIS MODE WILL BE LIT LETTING THE A. EAD SUPPLY FAN WILL BE CHANGED EVERY 100 RUN HOURS (ADJ.) <br /> OPERATORS KNOW THAT THE SYSTEM IS NOW RUNNING. B.UPON STARTUP, LEAD FAN WILL BE ENABLED. <br /> D.FAN SPEED WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE AIR FLOW READING AT THE SUPPLY FAN AND MODULATE C.WHEN THE LEAD SUPPLY FAN IS RUNNING AT 85% (ADJ.) OR HIGHER AND THE FLOW IS 15% (ADJ.) <br /> ACCORDINGLY TO 10,000 CFM (ADJ.). FANS WILL BE STAGED ON /OFF PER "FAN STAGE UP" AND "FAN LESS THAN SETPOINT WITH A DELAY OF 60 SEC (ADJ.), STAGE UP LAG 1 FAN. <br /> STAGE DOWN" BELOW. D.LEAD AND LAG 1 WILL MODULATE TOGETHER AT THE SAME SPEED TO MAINTAIN THE REQUESTED FLOW <br /> E.EACH ZONE WILL HAVE A DISCHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR. THE HIGHEST RECORDED TEMPERATURE SETPOINT. <br /> WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE COOLING NEEDS. THE COOLING VALVE WILL MODULATE TO MAINTAIN E.WHEN THE LEAD AND LAG 1 SUPPLY FANS IS RUNNING AT 75% (ADJ.) OR HIGHER AND THE FLOW IS <br /> THE SEAL TEMPERTURE SETPOINT OF 70 DEGF (ADJ.) 15% (ADJ.) LESS THAN SETPOINT WITH A DELAY OF 60 SEC (ADJ.), STAGE UP LAG 2 FAN. <br /> F.LEAD, LAG 1 AND 2 WILL MODULATE TOGETHER AT THE SAME SPEED TO MAINTAIN THE REQUESTED FLOW <br /> 1.ENTRY/SEAL MODE SETPOINT. <br /> THIS MODE IS TO PROVIDE VENTILATION AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR THE OCCUPANTS ENTERING THE 2.SUPPLY FAN STAGE DOWN <br /> WING. IN THIS MODE, SEALANT MAY BE USED SO THE ACTIVE ZONES WILL BE MAINTAINED BELOW THE A.WHEN THE LEAD, LAG 1 AND LAG 2 ARE RUNNING AT 45% (ADJ.) OR LESS THAN AND FLOW IS 15% <br /> 80—DEGREE THRESHOLD; INITIAL SET POINT 70 DEGF (ADJ.). AS IT WILL NOT ALWAYS BE A REQUIREMENT TO <br /> HAVE ALL ZONES ACTIVE, THE OPERATOR WILL BE ABLE TO SELECT WHICH ZONES WILL BE USED. (ADJ.) GREATER THAN SETPOINT WITH A DELAY OF 60 SEC (ADJ.), STAGE DOWN LAG 2 FAN. <br /> A.FOR THE ENTRY/SEAL MODE EACH JACK IN THE BOX OR BANK OF JACK IN THE BOXES WILL HAVE AN B.WHEN THE LEAD AND LAG 1 ARE RUNNING AT 55% (ADJ.) OR HIGHER AND FLOW IS 15% (ADJ.) <br /> COMBO ENABLE AND STATUS LIGHT PUSH BUTTON STATION. GREATER THAN SETPOINT WITH A DELAY OF 60 SEC (ADJ.), STAGE DOWN LAG 1 FAN. <br /> B.WHEN THE OPERATORS PUSH THE PUSH BUTTON ON THE JACK IN THE BOX THE SYSTEM WILL ENABLE <br /> THIS MODE AND THE GREEN LED LIGHT WILL TURN ON LETTING THE OPERATORS KNOW THE SYSTEM HAS 3.ZONE DAMPER CONTROL DURING ENTRY/SEAL MODE <br /> BEEN ENGAGED. 4.WHILE THE SUPPLY FANS ARE MODULATING TO MAINTAIN DISCHARGE, CFM BASED ON THE DEMAND OF THE <br /> C.ONCE ENABLED THE FURTHEST DUMPER DAMPER FROM THE UNIT, DAMPER CD-25, WILL MODULATE OPEN JACK IN THE BOXES. THE ZONE DAMPERS WILL MODULATE OPEN AS A CUSTION WHEN THERE IS A GREATER <br /> TO 100%. DAMPER OPEN STATUS WILL BE DETERMAINED BY A DAMPER FEEDBACK SIGNAL OF ABOVE 90% REDUCTION IN DEMAND THAN THE SUPPLY FAN PID CAN KEEP UP WITH.
