ZONE 2 HAS 2 CROSS FLOW DAMPERS. THERE ARE 3 FANS EACH WITH ITS OWN VFD. EMCS SHALL GENERATE AN ALARM IF THE FAN VFD IS <br /> ZONE 3 HAS 3 CROSS FLOW DAMPERS. COMMANDED ON AND ITS STATUS IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MORE THAN 60 SECONDS. IF THERE IS A MISS <br /> B.ALL ZONE DAMPER ACTUATORS ARE SET AS NORMALLY OPEN. MATCH OF COMMAND VERSUS STATUS, THEN THE UNIT SHALL BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL IT IS MANUALLY RESET <br /> C.WHEN THERE IS A LARGE DECREASE IN CFM DEMAND AS JACK IN THE BOXES ARE TURNED OFF OR AN FROM EBI AND A CRITICAL ALARM SHALL BE GENERATED AT EBI. <br /> OBSTRUCTION OCCURS, ZONE 3 DAMPERS WILL MODULATE OPEN TO RELEAVE PRESSURE IN THE FORM <br /> OF EXCESS CFM IN THE DUCT UNIT THE SUPPLY FAN PID LOOP OR STAGE DOWN SEQUENCE CAN REACT. JACK IN THE BOX ALARMS: <br /> IF THERE IS STILL A NEED TO RELEAVE PRESSURE IN THE FORM OF EXCESS CFM WHEN ZONE 3 THE EMCS WILL MONITOR THE FOLLOWING ALARMS IN EACH JACK IN THE BOX: <br /> DAMPERS ARE ALL THE WAY OPEN THEN MODULATE OPEN ZONE 2 DAMPERS. IF THERE IS STILL A NEED A.LOW FLOW ALARM: IF THE FLOW OF ANY JACK IN THE BOX SELECTED TO RUN IS LESS THAN 450 CFM <br /> TO RELEAVE PRESSURE IN THE FORM OF EXCESS CFM WHEN ZONE 3 AND 2 DAMPERS ARE ALL THE (ADJ.) WITH A DELAY OF 5 MIN (ADJ.) GENERATE AN ALARM. <br /> WAY OPEN THEN MODULATE OPEN ZONE 1 DAMPERS. SECONDARY D.CPO—RL5 COMUNICATION FAILURE: IF A JACK IN THE BOX CPO—RL5 CONTROLLER FAILS TO COMMUNICATE <br /> CHILLED WATER CONTROL VALVE (V-2) SHALL MODULATE TO MAINTAIN THE DISCHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE GENERATE A CRITICAL ALARM. <br /> SETPOINT FOR THE SELECTED MODE. <br /> B.WHEN AIRFLOW IS GREATER THAN 3,500 CFM (ADJ), MAIN COIL BYPASS DAMPER SHALL OPEN AND THE <br /> MAIN COOLING COIL CONTROL VALVE (V-1) AND SECONDARY CHILLED WATER CONTROL VALVE (V-2) <br /> SHALL MODULATE TO MAINTAIN THE DISCHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE SETPOINT FOR THE SELECTED MODE. <br /> 2.OPERATOR PUSH BUTTON STATION <br /> A CENTRALIZED CONTROL PANEL THAT HOSTS ALL OF THE OPERATOR CONTROL POINTS TO OPERATE THE <br /> SYSTEM.
