September 2025 Page 8 of 8 Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. • A twenty (20) hour allowance has been provided to address miscellaneous requests from the City. • City will prepare record drawings. • Consultant will provide twenty (20) hours of on-site Structural field monitoring/inspection of the shoring installation near the BNSF railroad. • Consultant will provide eighty eight (88) hours, of on-site geotechnical field monitoring/inspection of the shoring installation near the BNSF railroad. Activities: 1. Pre-construction Meeting. The Consultant team will attend the pre-construction meeting and follow up with internal teams call. 2. Submittal Review. The Consultant will review submittals as selected by the City, with a total level of effort limited by the budget herein. Assumes Consultant will review the majority of the technical submittals listed in the specifications. 3. RFI, Change Orders, and Miscellaneous Review. The Consultant will respond to RFI and Change Orders as selected by the City, with a total level of effort limited by the budget included herein. 4. Internal Coordination meetings. The Consultant will hold six internal coordination meetings to keep the project team abreast of the current project status. 5. Construction Meetings and Site Visits. The Consultant will attend construction meetings as requested by the City. Deliverables: 1. Submittal review comments – electronic files (PDF). 2. RFI responses – electronic files (PDF). 3.
