Submittal review comments – electronic format 2. RFI responses – electronic format 3. Change Order drawings, calculations, evaluations, documentation – electronic format Task 3100P – Engineering Services During Construction – Pacific Avenue Assumptions: • Construction will commence in December 2025 and be complete in December 2026. • Project close out work is assumed to extend 2 months beyond the completion of construction. • The City will be responsible for leading Construction Management Services, including providing staff for onsite inspection and management as well as for facilitating document handling. The City will distribute to the Consultant documents for review and response, and the Consultant will post materials reviewed by the Consultant to a City-hosted Autodesk Build site (or other City designed Construction Management Software) for construction document management. • Due to the potential for changing requirements of this task, budget for this task is considered an allowance and work will be limited to the extent of the budget shown in Exhibit B. Should the City require additional assistance to complete the work, budget can be authorized by the City by a future amendment or new contract. • The pre-construction meetng will be attended by the Consultant project manager and up to four (4) project team members. Duration of the pre-construction conference is assumed to be four (4) hours, including effort for meeting preparation by each attendee, travel time to and from the site, onsite activities, and associated meeting summary activities. • An allowance of 24 hours is provided for the Consultants internal coordination meetings. • Consultant will attend up to four (4) construction meetings. Attendance at the meetings is assumed to be in person. Construction meetings will be attended by the Consultant project manager and up to one (1) project team members. Duration of the construction meetings are assumed to be one (1) hour plus travel time for meetings attended in person. • Up to six (6) construction site visits will be conducted during the duration of construction activities. Site visits will be attended by one (1) project team member. Duration of the site visit and associated activities is assumed to be four (4) hours, including effort for meeting preparation by each attendee, travel time to and from the meeting, and associated meeting summary activities. • Review up to fifty five (55) technical submittals, including resubmittals. All submittals will generally be reviewed within two (2) weeks. Submittal reviews are assumed to require six (6) hours per submittal and two (2) hours per resubmittal. • An allowance has been provided to address written responses to twenty (20) RFI’s at six (6) hours each and ten (10) Change Orders at ten (10) hours each.
