One for building B and one for building C. <br /> General: <br /> 1. Applicable Codes have been updated as noted. See drawing A1.1 <br /> 2. Revised to IIB as noted. See drawing Al.1. <br /> Architecture: <br /> /3. Shafts are existing and are not being modified. They were constructed to 1-hour standards when <br /> originally built. <br /> ZThe hardware for doors 234A and 234B has been revised on the door schedule drawing A5.1 to <br /> reflect the addition of panic devices. <br /> ✓5. An additional exit hallway has been added through the existing break area to comply with this <br /> / requirement. This makes for an 87' distance for the Common Path of Egress travel. <br /> 6. Per the 2018 International Building Code — Washington State Amendments, 1009.1 Exception 1, <br /> / Accessible Means of Egress are not required to be provided in existing buildings. <br /> ,/7. Door clearances have been reviewed for accessible clearances and appear to meet ICC 117.1- p�� <br /> 2009 requirements. Please make us aware if you find one that does not comply. <br /> V18. Dimensions have been added as requested. Please note that the Fixture Heights Diagram on <br /> drawing A5.1 also notes these requirements. <br /> 9. Mechanical and Electrical submittals will be handled by the pertinent subcontractors and are <br /> included in the deferred submittal list on drawing Al.1. <br /> We have added energy code notes on drawing A 1.1 and also to the ceiling plan drawings (A2.1 <br /> and A2.4) to reflect energy code requirements.
