Coordinate construction schedule and operations to comply with the following dates: <br />1. Anticipated Intent to Award Contract: April 3, 2023. <br />2. Anticipated Notice to Proceed: April 17, 2023 <br />3. Limited access to site and construction activities coordinated with the Owner: April 24, 2023 <br />4. Complete access to the site, based on the current last day of school: June 24, 2023 <br />5. Substantial Completion: September 1, 2023. <br />6. Final Completion shall be achieved fourteen (21) calendar days after Substantial Completion. <br />1.05 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES <br />A.
